Recital Schedules

DETAILS FOR MINI SHOWS | SATURDAY, JUNE 13TH

3-5 Years

1) Parents can park at El Camino High School's parking lot.
2) Check in your dancer 1 Hour before their show using the theater's side entrance marked "Check In/Out" with our awesome volunteers, *CLICK HERE to view an arial map of where to park, entrance to theater and where to check in your dancer.
3) Change your dancer into their shoes for recital in the backstage designated area.
4) You will leave your dancer backstage while you go get your seats! Please take all your dancer's belongings with you.
*If you have a dancer in more than 1 dance in the same show please leave 2nd costume with teacher and they will help them change.

5) Your dancer's teacher will be with them, will warm them up, practice their dance and pray with them.
6) Doors will open 30min before we start.
7)  All classes will participate in the finale number.
8) Once Miss Cassie thanks everyone from coming she will direct you on how to check out your dancer.
9) Teachers will walk their class backstage over to the side entrance where check in/out is marked. Parents will need to exit the theater and go to check in/out at the side entrance.
10) You are invited to take photos outside with your family before leaving. Tag us if you post online! :)

DETAILS FOR FULL LENGTH SHOWS | 6/11-6/13

6 Years +

1) Parents can park at El Camino High School's parking lot.
2) Check in your dancer with our awesome volunteers using the theater's side entrance marked "Check In/Out." See "Recital Week Schedule" below for check in time associated with your dancer's class.

3) Help  your dancer get situated backstage, get on shoes, etc… Dancer's keep their belongings with them. Please have your dancer bring a water bottle and dry non messy snacks.

4) You will leave your dancer backstage while you go get your seats! 
5) Your dancer's teacher will be with them, will warm them up, practice their dance and pray with them.

6) Doors will open 20-30min before we start.
7) All classes will participate in the finale number.
8) Teachers will walk their class backstage over to the side entrance where check in/out is marked. Parents will need to exit the theater and go to check in/out at the side entrance.
9) You are invited to take photos outside with your family before leaving. Tag us if you post online! :)

On-Stage Dress Rehearsals

1. Stage rehearsals are at the Truax Theatre at El Camino High School in Oceanside 
2. Parents and dancers will go straight inside the theater after arrival. You are asked to find a seat quietly and wait until your dancer’s class is called to the front of the stage.

• Dancers arrive in costume with hair and makeup ready. Have dancers change into their shoes once seated inside the theater.
• When a class is called to the front of the stage, dancers get escorted backstage by their teacher
• Parents can stay and watch in the theater however, this is a quiet and focused rehearsal. Parents please help dancers and siblings to understand before arrival the need for quiet focus while they either wait for their turn or support their sibling.

1. Each class will practice on stage 1 time

• Parents can take as many videos/photos as they want as they get a close up experience
• If you notice that more practice is a good idea, you have access to practice videos 🙂

1. After class is done practicing on stage, parents will be asked to come to the front of the stage to get your dancer from their teacher.
2. If your dancer has a 2nd stage rehearsal slot on the same day, please help your dancer change backstage.
